- Take a Basic Skills Exam
Step 2: Submit Application and:
- Provide Photo Identification - State or Government Issued ID
- Provide Secondary Identification - SS Card or Permanent Resident Card
- Provide High School Diploma or GED Certification.
- Submit a non-refundable $20 application fee
Step 3: Upon acceptance into the program, get an assigned start date.
Step 4: Schedule an appointment with Financial Manager.
