"Behind Every Great Artist Lies a Great Set of Tools" - Foundations of Styling, Stage 1 May 17, 2010
Learn how to create a glamorous old Hollywood style using pincurls in a wet set, while controlling the waves in the combout. And the learning doesn’t stop there: You will be able to create a glamorous volume blowout using minimal tools in little time. Lastly, return to the roots of styling with a freeform blowout using only your hands in various movements to create curl, movement, lift, and direction. (No irons will be used—just your true, raw talent). You won’t leave this class without a firm grasp on fabulous styling skills!

"Not For the Faint of Heart" – Updos, Stage 2 July 12, 2010
Embark upon strictly fantasy editorial styling in this advanced class. You will be shown how to use armatures to support very large updos with props, and you will complete one sculpted updo and one down hairstyle using editorial techniques. This is a more advanced class and participants should already maintain high competency with updos beforehand. Think big, think glamorous, and think of all the possibilities!
