Service hours: Tuesday thru Thursday 10am-9pm Friday & Saturday 10am-6pm. Same day appointments available. Aveda Institute Portland is open for services to the public.

Arriving for your Appointment:
Aveda Institute Portland is not responsible for any parking violations or actions while the guest is in treatment. Students and staff are unable to leave school grounds to pay for parking. Please note guests receiving chemical services cannot leave the building due to state law.
For school scheduling purposes, we are unable to accept guests who do not arrive on time.
Product Exchange Policy:
While we do not offer refunds we will gladly exchange any Aveda product purchased at this facility within two weeks of its original purchase. Proof of date purchased must be shown at the time of exchange.
Children and Young Adults:
All guests must be 18 and older or with a parent/guardian in order to receive a service.
For everyone’s safety, all children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult not receiving a service.

All services are performed by students & supervised by Aveda licensed instructors. Aveda Institute Portland offers Oregon's finest training in salon and spa industry. Inside our beautiful facility you will find creative, highly educated, and customer service oriented talent. Aveda is all about our guests having an experience from the moment you walk in the door.
